Expertise in project work

The first key projects were both technically complex manufacturing projects as well as customer projects, which required a high degree of flexibility and service support. Later, within power plant operation, he was responsible for the planning and execution of projects related to the entire portfolio of nuclear power plant operation, for waste treatment as well as major infrastructure projects, for example such as the new construction of a large operational building on the nuclear power plant site, with access and interfaces to the controlled area.

As project manager, he was responsible for the entire project cycle from initiation, through planning and execution up to project closure. A significant part was also the communication with all involved internal and external stakeholders, from supervisors through power plant- up to corporate group management as well as public and authorities on the other side.

As department manager and member of the power plant management he could extend his competencies in the area of project controlling and gain experience in multi-project management.
